Details:

Every participant must bring their own towel to class. Parents are requested to remain outside gate during instruction.

Level 5: ARC Level 4 card required
Students will be working on endurance and longer distances for every stroke.

Swimmers must be able to complete the following skills in order to pass: All strokes 50 yards with proper stroke turns, 25 yards sidestroke, racing starts, treading water for 2 minutes

*Swimmers must know how to properly execute the freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly before registering for Advanced Swimmer Classes.
